Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with an emphasis and option in Legal Studies as well as a Paralegal Certificate from California State University, Chico. Shannon was raised and educated in this great little city. Having visited many places, he has never found a place quite like Chico or its surrounding areas. He feels Northern California is a truly fabulous place to live, work and play (photo is of annual polar bear swim).
And, as you might guess, he is rather fond of Hawaii too.

My name is Laurence Jones, but please call my Larry! Being raised in Alaska, I was afforded the opportunity to enjoy nature at her best before too many people discovered fishing her pristine lakes and rivers. Graduating from high school, I served in the military during the Vietnam era, and then headed back to school in Alaska.
I worked for a natural gas utility for twenty-seven years as my primary career. During this time, I also built houses, bought and sold real estate, flew and guided fishing and hunting trips, and raised a family.
Upon retiring, I relocated to Chico and took up Real Estate as a full time career. My building, engineering, and real estate experience give me the broad knowledge base necessary to take care of your real estate needs!
